This video photo shoot was shot by Yannickj Soyez and it revolved around a sketchbook of drawings about the American film maker Tim Burton and a big drawing I made in my living room yesterday that had a cross of black ink converse high tops and two white on black white high tops at the bottom with white oil stick and then two small white oil stick on black portraits of Mary MacKillop and Saint Francis at the top.
I love Tim Burton’s films particularly when he teams up with Johnny Depp.

This Tim Burton quote speaks to me and I am also always trying to look at things in new ways so my art doesn’t get derivative but also sometimes repeating myself is good too like reiteration or mantra repetition.

Mary MacKillop
I love this quote by Mary MacKillop my favourite female saint and I feel it’s always in my best interest to try to make others happy as it makes me happy. However, I have a long way to go as I have difficult days sometimes when I am not happy.

Francis of Assisi
I have used this Saint Francis quote in my essays and art a lot but it still speaks to me. I feel I am still doing the necessary.

In conclusion I think this video photo shoot was interesting to do for me as the content and camera angles are different than the way I have been doing things for a while for the most part.
