I love this quote by Australia’s saint Mary Mackillop, and I feel if I look out for others then I shall get happier.
In this video and photo shoot shot by Yannick I am wearing my printed Mary MacKillop shirt with her holding a neon saying altruism and while wearing it I am literally and metaphorically drinking Yannick’s coffee which he made with my coffee machine.
Last week I was talking with Yannick and said that I wish mum was alive to sit on my lounge and show her my renovated apartment and have a great chat like we did when I visited her in a nursing home in Sydney several years back.

I love this quote about coffee, and I usually only have one strong coffee a day with lactose free milk and stevia but then I have a few decafs. Coffee literally makes me happy while I do my morning exercise.
In conclusion, coffee for me is what I talk about and do drawings about as a metaphor for good advice. However, nowadays my favorite advice is sort of decaf tea which my great grandmother friend Gwenda Shinner drinks daily and her advice is like that too mellow and soothing.
