I like this quote by Pissarro about the nature of incessant drawing and how it eventually evolves into something where there is less and less difference between art and life.
These drawings were done on cut up grocery bags with watercolours that were gifted to me years ago by amazing Korean artist Hansol Lim after we set up an exhibition together titled simply Thank You at Holly Gallery in Australia.
I won’t go into the meaning but I will say there is lots of repetition which I hope isn’t derivative but rather a sort of repetitive reiteration or image mantra.
