I came across this word amazement while searching for quotes to go with my sketchbook drawings this morning.

I love this quote by the Dalai Lama as when I wake up early on weekdays to do my exercise that I find it hard to get out of bed quite often but that fades slowly as I cycle and meet my great grandmother friend Gwenda at my exercise destination. I always say the same thing : the only wisdom greater than a grandmothers is a great grandmothers or great, great grandmothers.
While drawing this morning I found this quote by David Attenborough ‘
People must feel that the natural world is important and valuable and beautiful and wonderful and an amazement and a pleasure.”
I love this quote by David Attenborough and I have the same amazement and pleasure in nature particularly when I’m cycling and see the ocean each morning.
Audrey Hepburn on life’s capacity: “As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands—one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.”
I love this quote by Audrey Hepburn and I feel in my life sometimes I need others’ helping hand and sometimes I have a helping hand for others and each is equally as important.
In conclusion I feel that having amazement and awe for life in my life and in the lives of people I admire makes for a happy life and a meaningful life.
