I love this quote by the Dalai Lama and I agree that a simple philosophy of kindness is very important.
In this performance I am wearing a Vista Print black hoodie with one of my plaster sculptures on the ocean side printed on the cover and then the second shot is me still wearing the hoodie but I fold out a cardboard box that came with a coffee table art book I got recently. The other night I did a quick black ink drawing on it. The drawing has arrows pointing to the saint Mary MacKillop on one side and Saint Francis on the other and a leg with a converse shoe in the middle as I feel we all are all-stars, the Chuck Taylor branding and the text at the bottom kindness.

I love this Mary MacKillop quote about the nature of kindness and agree no act of kindness no matter how small is ever wasted.

Francis of Assisi
I agree with this Saint Francis quote and feel that in giving we receive and open up a doorway of kindness between those giving to each other in particular.
In conclusion I feel kindness is the most important attribute for humanity to thrive and its even better when it is wrapped in a cover of kind humour.
