Tranquillity and World Peace Through Inner Peace

Video by Luke Foster

I have found that the greatest degree of inner tranquillity comes from the development of love and compassion.”

Dalai Lama

The best way to have inner peace is by being tranquil. I had a breakthrough today as usually while I beach walk, I listen to pop and rock music but yesterday was listening to Tibetan monks chanting and today transitioned to listening to the elder Tibetan monks and the Dalai Lama metaphorically whispering in my ear and of course the gentle sound of waves crashing on the shore and view of the blue horizon.

Yesterday I told my good friend Sean Cordeiro that after a storm a few days ago that many trees had washed up on the shore and he said take some photos for me. So, I did and sent them to him then thought it would be nice to also shoot some video of it too. Sean told me recently that he enjoyed Chinese New Year, with his family. We text each other constantly and playfully tease each other like Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama did before Desmond passed.

So, like the Dalai Lama and Sean who is also in a different branch of Buddhism that there can be no global peace in the world without inner peace.

I have also felt relieved getting off my chest mistakes I made decades ago that left me so distraught that they literally sent me around the bend.

At the end of the video there was strange transitions that automatically came up that disturbed me but now I feel comfortable with.

There were also drawings pointing out the good points of me, the Dalai Lama, Anthony Albanese and Xi Jinping.
