When I realised how short and important it is to make the most from life a few years ago I realised that the most important commodities are your health and time to do what you love doing. I’m quite frustrated as I did a four-hour beach walk a fortnight ago and then after an hour into my beach walk the next day got a cramped foot so I’ve been comfort, eating going through emotional trauma and not exercising because of my foot so I have piled on at least five kilos. However, I am eating very healthy meals so I hope I’m not to overweight.

I am also a vegetarian for about four years now and my favourite meals are Korean and Chinese vegetable dumplings and a roast veggie salad with baby spinach leaves, boiled sweet potato, and pumpkin, carrot, and fried eggplant and mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and two fried eggs on top with some chilli sauce to give it taste.

My motivation to be a vegetarian isn’t just for health reasons its also for ethical reasons. I hate to see animals die just to please my taste buds when you can eat even healthier by being a veggo. However, I do have multi vitamin supplements and iron tablets.

As I said in the title my favourite go to meal/drink is banana and wild berry smoothies, with chia seeds and lite soy milk. It’s as healthy as all can be but it’s the black chia seeds that is most important. As I noticed that if I left a half drank smoothie overnight then the chia seeds would triple in size soaking up the liquid so I realised what the chia seeds were doing in my intestines literally soaking up all the crap and excess fluid.

In conclusion if you exercise and eat well then you shall have much better quality of life and live decades longer and who doesn’t want to live a long healthy life.
